Canning and pickling food is a great way to have delicious summer fruits and vegetables all year round. What are some foods you would like to preserve and enjoy later?

With chronic medical issues eating is always an issue. Having food available much less prepared is so important. In those rare moments im able to make a dish gives me flexibility for meals in the coming days.

This is hard if its something that can be processed (chopped , cooked, frozen) and stashed for a later meal.

This wont always work as i sometimes need a cart for stability of movement. I could just use my bags in the cart though🙂

I need to find a manual for my refrigerator. I havent been successful regulatating the temp and it's a smaller fridge so it really makes a difference. I have had to throw out milk and half and half .

Chocolate! Or "treats" of any kind. It is most likely my brain trying to grab dopamine to cope with the overwhelming sensory stimulation. If i pop a piece of chocolate or candy in my mouth while i shop it circumvents the urge some.
