Reflection QuestionCooking Veggie Scrap StockHave you ever made soup broth from scratch before? What kinds of vegetables do you have on hand to put in?
Lisa Sinclair 9/22/2020 12:22 PMI have not made broth before. I had to look up what vegetables will be good for broth. Had to remove some turnip skins that I had added to the bag because veggies of their ilk do not make a tasty broth.
