Does anybody know where to find the frittata recipe and handouts from last night's workshop?

What meal plan method works for you and why? Have you tried some in the past that didn't work?

I have always liked the structured meal plan style with a meal planned for a specific night.  I am considering trying the meal planning for a month (!!) and/or the theme night (crockpot, taco, etc.)

I loved the idea of keeping the veggie "scraps" and throwing them in the freezer and making broth with them later. Also chopping extra veggies and throwing them into the fridge and then adding them to meals (like a frittata) as you go.

I am so mad at myself -- been so busy at work and home that I forgot to even do this! Jumping in now... better late then never I guess. :(

Week 1 Focus: Planning Keep a Food Inventory
Are there food items you have been better about using up and not wasting since you started keeping an inventory of what's in your fridge?

There are things that I eat for breakfast and lunch almost every day. I find it easy to not waste these foods. I typically keep a mental inventory of these items.

I joined the challenge because we switched garbage services and they do not have the food composting (blue bag) service. I feel so guilty just throwing away food!
