    In particular I liked seeing how the couple was able to subsist on food that was recycled or expired.  It really shows what we are missing in our society.

    I really appreciated Hennepin country trying to make it easy for people.  Even thinking about the size of the container and the location can help make it easy for me to use organics more readily.
