What types of organic materials were you missing before you added more organics bins around your house?

I added organics bins in the bathrooms to catch any paper or cotton products that otherwise were going in the trash.

Which citrus do you have the most of and what kind of cleaning product will you make?

Whenever I have lemon or limes I put the peels down the garbage disposal to freshen it up.  Right now I have mostly oranges and I made the non-toxic citrus cleaner for future cleaning of the range top and kitchen counters.

I put lemon peels in white vinegar and use if for a cleaner. I also always grate the zest of every lemon, lime and orange and freeze it for use later.
