  • Reflection Question
    Storage Rotate My Foods
How has rotating your foods changed your awareness of what you have on hand? Have you changed any of your shopping habits because of this practice?

By rotating food, I am more excited to try new things and will increase my chances of not wasting food. If I eat the same thing everyday, I am afraid I won't finish all of the food. I will get bored of the food/flavors too quickly.

I eat food as close to the time the timer ends. If I wait too long, the food will get cold and I have to heat it up.
